The silver custom orders start with 550 USD. The final price of a custom piece will vary based on:

• Design Complexity – More intricate details require additional craftsmanship and time.
• Materials – We primarily work with sterling silver and gold（But now is not a good time to choose gold）, but you are welcome to request other materials based on your preference.
• Gemstones – The choice of stones (e.g., moissanite, diamonds, sapphires, opals, etc.) will impact the overall cost depending on their rarity and quality.

Custom Order Process

1. Initial Consultation & Design Discussion

   • Contact us with your design idea, reference images, or inspiration.
   • We’ll discuss materials, gemstone options, engraving details, and your overall vision.

2. Pricing & Payment

   • Once the design direction is confirmed, we will provide you with a price estimate.
   • For silver jewelry, a 60% deposit is required to begin the design process.
   • For gold jewelry, due to market fluctuations, we require a 40% deposit, calculated based on an estimated average weight of 15g per ring.
   • After the design is finalized, we will recalculate the actual weight and determine the final price based on the real-time gold price.
   • 💡 How to place your deposit:
     • We’ll send you a custom order link where each unit represents $100 USD.
     • Simply add multiple quantities to match your deposit total.
       (For example, for a $400 deposit, select quantity 4)
     • Once your payment is complete, we will begin the design process right away.
3. 3D Modeling & Design Refinement
   • Our designers will create a 3D model and hand-drawn sketches to visualize the design.
   • You’ll have the opportunity to review and request modifications.

4. Production & Crafting

   • Once the final design is approved, the remaining balance (based on updated material and labor cost) will be required.
   • We will proceed with wax carving, casting, stone setting, polishing, and finishing.

5. Quality Check & Shipping

   • Once the piece is completed, we perform a final quality inspection.
   • The finished jewelry will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Estimated Timeline

The entire process typically takes around 2 months, depending on the design complexity and material availability.
